JustLust uses the information made available by Didit only where necessary for identity and age verification, account security, fraud prevention, compliance with applicable legal obligations, and the operation and protection of the platform.
JustLust does not publicly display identity verification information, identity documents, selfie images or biometric information.

Where the verification process uses biometric information for identity verification, such processing may fall within Article 9 GDPR.
Where explicit consent is required, the verification process will request the applicable consent before the biometric processing takes place.
