These Terms and Conditions govern the use of www.justlust.nl (“Website”) and all related services provided through it.
By using the Website or creating an account, the user agrees to these Terms, the Content & Acceptable Use Policy, and the Privacy Policy.

All platform functionalities, including advertisement posting and profile management.
1.6 Website

2. APPLICABILITY
2.1 These Terms apply to all users.
2.2 Users declare that they:
- are at least 18 years old
- are legally capable of entering into agreements
- understand these Terms

2.4** Deviations are only valid if confirmed in writing.
2.5 Changes take effect immediately upon publication.
2.6 Invalid provisions do not affect the validity of the remaining Terms.
2.7 These Terms also include the Content & Acceptable Use Policy and the Privacy Policy.
3. PLATFORM AND SERVICES

- does not mediate between users
- is not a party to agreements between users
3.3 All agreements are made exclusively between users.

- affiliate platforms
8.3 The user consents to this by using the platform.
9. SEX BUSINESSES AND INDEPENDENTS
9.1 Sex businesses are fully responsible for licenses and legal compliance.
9.2 The platform is not an employer or intermediary.
9.3 Independent workers are responsible for taxes and compliance.
10. CONTENT & ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
